Buffalo Chicken Dip

I look for quick, easy, and delicious recipes.  This tastes AMAZING and is my kind of comport food!  I mean, it’s buffalo chicken dip!  I put mine on a pita with spinach, but you could enjoy with chips, veggies, or even plain!  This recipe is so easy and healthy.  This is a new favorite!IMG_1676.JPG

Buffalo Chicken Dip 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
  • 2/3 cup plain 0% fat Greek yogurt*
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:  

Mix all of the ingredients together in the crockpot and cook on low for 2-4 hours.  Top with extra mozzarella cheese and enjoy!

*For a more creamy “dip” add more yogurt.

-For anyone following the 21 Day Fix meal plan one serving (about 3/4 cup) would be 1.5 red and 1/2 blue.
