I look for quick, easy, and delicious recipes. This tastes AMAZING and is my kind of comport food! I mean, it’s buffalo chicken dip! I put mine on a pita with spinach, but you could enjoy with chips, veggies, or even plain! This recipe is so easy and healthy. This is a new favorite!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
- 2/3 cup plain 0% fat Greek yogurt*
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
Mix all of the ingredients together in the crockpot and cook on low for 2-4 hours. Top with extra mozzarella cheese and enjoy!
*For a more creamy “dip” add more yogurt.
