PIYO is a Pilates/Yoga combination created by superstar trainer Chalene Johnson. I have tried Pilates and a few types of yoga and have never been able to stick with them. To be honest, I never thought that pilates or yoga alone was worth my time. I would rather do something more intense! That’s when I found PIYO. PIYO takes my favorite parts, the muscle sculpting of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga and then adding the nonstop, fluid movement to make the perfect workout! As a lifelong runner, I am finding so many personal benefits from simply doing one PIYO workout each day. The workouts vary in length and intensity. They are all totally doable for any level of workout experience and I have found my kids even love to join in!
